Gym hookup

Alright, Here is the deal.

I have been out of the gym for 3 months. I was up to a solid 180 and I Loved it. I have been eating, drinking and lounging for the last three months and now I am at a 169!

I started back on monday, eating right, doing what I gotta do.

I need a new gym. I am done with 24HR..

Who here has a hookup? Here is the catch. I am not allowing anybody to withdraw monthly fees out of my account! ( 3K in fees last year)

Paying in advance at 24hr = THE HOOKUP

I think I paid around $300 or so for 24 months.
It came to around $15 per month.
Not many places are going to "hook you up" on a simple month by month membership.

Went from throwing up 110's with ease to about killing myself with 90's!
THis really sucks, However, i will be back..

I still plan on putting on a bit more size, then kicking in the cardio to lose the last bit of fat off in the end.

Honestly, that gym might suite you best, as most people there will be pretty serious about lifting and putting on size.
I think the gym is fairly new as well.
I came from Stroud's Fitness(another powerhouse gym), but after sooo long and sooo much temptation, I had to leave.
The women at 24hr actually look like "girls".
;)

I got hurt, then felt like a vagina for about three or so months after my cycle.

I armwrestled my buddy like a D.A. That screwed my elbows, arms, shoulders all up.

I think you have to stay on it, thats how it becomes bad for you.. People take too much, and stay on it.

3K in bank fees.. I had all kinds of stuff coming out of 6 different accounts,
I closed them all! It got out of hand ( for me )

I got your text about the powerlifting. Im taking the rest of year off with no meets. I plan to do big things next year and the firefighter olympics will be in Lewisville so i must win again. haha I need to fully recover some injuries, lifting lighter...

Oh, and yes i got the floors. Like the ones you had on that board. hand scrap, dark colonial. Found someone that installed and everything for 5.50 sq/ft so i couldnt pass that up. haha
