Apparently killed by a robber in Atlanta. I'm shocked that it happened there!:rolleyes: I used to love watching him fight. His combination of speed and power was incredible.

yeah something like seven or eight times...my question is, why chase the robbers if you have a kid in the car with you? apparently he had his girlfriend's son in the car with him at the time. very sad to hear this though :sadwavey:

Arrest made in Forrest case

A 20-year-old Atlanta man was charged today with murder, aggravated assault and armed robbery in the death of three-time world champion Vernon Forrest. Demario Ware, who turned himself in on Tuesday night, is suspected of robbing Forrest of a championship ring and Rolex watch at gunpoint. The man who shot Forrest in the back is still at large. Police are also looking for at least two others. Ware was ordered held without bail.
