How many exercises per body part are you guys doing? I've been doing about 3-4 and I'm on a Back/Bi, Legs/Shoulders, and Chest/Tri 3-day split.

So a typical workout for Monday would be chin ups to 50 total reps, seated row, and dumbbell row followed by dumbbell curls, barbell curls, and machine curls. I'm just curious if I'm not doing enough.

I overtrain and I do about 10-12 exercises per body part a day, 6 days a week.

I've done 3 per bodypart for most of my lifting career. 3 sets each when doing sets of 12 reps, and 4 sets of each when doing sets of 8 reps.

I usually only do hyperextensions 3 sets until failure.

Cool, thanks.

Non winstrol I was doing about 4 different excercises, 3 sets all to exhaustion.

On winstrol I was doing 6-8 excercises, 3 sets on each, all to exhaustion. Recovery time was insane.

Been off for a couple of months, didn't workout after getting off, and now I'm down to 3 excercises 2 sets all to exhaustion.

It sucks.

on my routine i gained 13 pouunds in 3 weeks on 2 halovar and 1e-pol daily. it was supposed to be 4 weeks but i hurt my back so i had to take a week and a half off to let it recover right in the middle of the cycle. i was so pissed. anyways, my routine was as follows with 1 warmup set and 3 regular sets 6-8 reps.

mon- 4 bicep exercises/ 2 forearm
tues- 4 chest/ 2 shoulder
wed- 3 leg
thurs- 4 tricep/ 2 forearm
friday- 4 back/ 2 shouler.

It depends... I'm really trying to get my biceps to catch up with everything right now, so I am squeezing an extra set out on bicep days. Also, I alternate back routines when I feel I need a 'shock'... stuff like warming up then 4 sets of retarded heavy dead lifts, 4 reps. It seriously is whatever works for you. I say go in, pick 4 exercises you really like, try to do 4 exercises per body part... if that's tough (time, spotter not there, etc) then pick 3, do 4 sets and do 12 reps per set.

Or just DC train your brains out
