Fuck no.
I always laugh whenever I see some small ass terd playing around with one of those!
It probably would kick my ass in some sort, but whenever I see some guy taking a 25lb bell
and chest pressing it, it sure does make me laugh a lot.

Sure, Fedor Emalianenko is a pretty large man, but I definately would not call him in shape by no means.

I use one. Not for a chest press though but I do however use them for clean and press. THis is for a kettlebell not ball, excuse me. I thought thats what OP was referring to.

He's probably in better shape than the body builders you see on TV. He's just not "shapely."

They're more for building functional strength and toning than power lifting or bodybuilding. Everybody I know that uses them has ridiculous core strength.

I use them, I'm called "Jimbo the Kettlebell Man" at my gym :D I'm very creative with them and train hard with them, usually Thursdays are my KB days.

Saw one in a picture book one time. Didn't know they kept making them after the 1800s were over...
