We have any hook ups on this, I have 7 windows that face the west and this heat is brutal. I already have outdoor sun screens @ 90% , but I need a little extra and I don't want to put up blinds or drapes. I had a company call me but those clowns wanted 200.00 a window, I called another place about an exterior shade that comes down and covers all the glass and wall, but thsoe dumbass's wanted 4k, lol! What the fuck happened to old school shades that were on rollers with a string attatched?

You can still get roller shades at Lowe's/Home Depot. They're cheap and easy to put up and work great.

Home depot sells them, and they can be cut to fit the window! I bought one at our old house, like a thick plastic/vinyl sheet on a roller, pull it down and let go and it goes flap, flap, flap, flap as it winds back up! It blocked a shitload of light/heat when it was down. Eventually it quit rolling up, but who cares, after the summer, throw it away, it was cheap!

I had a buddy put 5% tint on pretty much ALL my windows in my house. 300 250 i think. It helped a little bit, but my front room that faces west also gets SUPER hot. I just put curtains up yesterday matter of fact.

So it has tint, blinds, and curtains, but I STILL want the sun screens on outside too..
