Grinder + TIG welder + two bolts/nutts = your solution

Just don't put it on the 200lb stack + 45lb plates on each side, otherwise you will just snap it off again.

Excellent owners, but honestly I got tired of being around juiceheads
and no fine chics(all of them got scared off) all the time.
There were quite a few butch women there though.
I will say this...the strongest people that I have ever met, I met there.

I will say this...the strongest people that I have ever met, I met there.

ya, after being there for a while now i feel like i wouldn't be able to make it in a mainstream gym. i am by no means saying that metroflex is a better establishment, its a nasty old gym with beat up machines and blaring loud music all the time, but it is like a family in there, nobody gets pissed when you hammer weights, use tons of chalk, sweat like a mofo, or yell obscence words, most everyone is there to better themselves and get bigger, i always have at least 5 people come say hey when i walk in, never have a problem finding a spot, and everyone tends to be in a good mood inside. it does get really hot/cold in there, i checked my iphone walking in the other day and it was 106 outside, "feels like" 108, and inside was 115+, that was on a deadlift/back day. all that said, the atmosphere really makes you push it, believe it or not the huge juice heads are the exception, not the norm, and even so, watching ronnie or branch hammer out 405 incline like nothing just motivates me more. for those that are local i suggest you give it a try, you'll either love it or hate it, i promise that.

I haven't had incoming in about three months... four months before that one. There are three DFACs now. The base is heavily populated. They're going to keep it as one of the five or six remaining bases out here.
