I have always been a hater on Frank, but I must admit whatever training he did for this fight coming up for Lesnar he really cut up and leaned out. I also noticed he has the new UNDER ARMOUR recharge suit on . Any body have any info on that? I'd like to know what Mir did to train for this fight and what he did differently.

He didnt look that much smaller then Brock. Should make things more interesting.

mir is one of the only hw's that the ufc has that's about the same size as brock. ~20lbs. most others are about 30-50lbs lighter than brock.

oh what did mir do differently, he got his confidence back. time to go break a tree stump

Frank got jacked compared to when he was fighting Nogera (I spell it out how say it)

I hope to god he beats Lesnar. I know he's not going to beat him striking, I just hope that Brock's defense hasn't gotten good enough to avoid a submission.

I also hope Henderson beats the piss out of Bisping. The guy is just a douche.

GSP needs to keep his streak going, too.

Brock weighs around 300lbs, he cuts down to 265. Mir's nowhere close to him
