Frank Miller, the producer in charge, and Zach Snyder are all apparently working on a 300 follow up. They even arnt ruling out a return of Gerard Butler in a roll.

Marathon? The Ionian revolt? I don't see what more they could do with the same battle.

Maybe they could do it from Themistoclese' point of view. (greek Navy Commander @ thermopylae)
