Ive been busting ass again for the past week or two but ive been doing pretty much all body weight and I never new I could get this sore. Im sore to the point of not being able to move. My longest run in the gym was about 7 months straight and ive never been this sore before from the gym.

I bought a pull up bar the other day and I can barely extend my elbows parrallel with the floor.

Btw a sun tan will definitely take away some of the skronny!

So you've been going the past week or two after not going for a period of time...what's keeping you from being consistent?

Work is to busy and inconsistent. If I bring my routine home and inside I don't have the excuse of wasting 2 hours getting ready, driving, waiting, etc.. that the gym brings.

If you plan your day, working out in a gym should only take as much longer as your drive. I hit it on the way home, so there's no difference for me, and I prefer the variety and scenery that the gym provides. I'm actually planning on meeting my future ex-wife there. ;)

Props though, if you can stick to your home-based routine. Plenty of progress can be made in terms of having a lean and health physique.

Well the nearest gym to me is worse than a Highschool locker room and is way packed. I was looking at pictures I took when the first transformation competition was made and pictures I took last week and even due to my lack of working out the past several months there is a night and day difference. I just wish I had before and after pictures of when I was 160-165.
