No one at TXR seems to know. Hot lap...How long between runs does that mean? I can't imagine "fast" cars making several passes without much cooling time. I can make maybe two (in the heat) and I need about 10 minutes or so cooling. I guess I can run the street car, but after 3 passes it might get hot too.
Do they pick ET's or is it like bracket racing??? Is it better to run in half seconds (like 7.00, 7.50, 8.50 ect...) or does it matter? I NEVER watch this crap on TV, but since it's close to home, I may try it. Probably have more questions, but that's a start.

They seem to change it to fit their needs at that particular time. I highly doubt there is anything set in stone. :(

I spoke with Rich Christensen on Monday(trying to gather info!), and Ken Herring last Friday and they both told me to check out the website. Neither were a big help..

Yeah, per their site: "Final Rule: Rich can change the rules at any time to make it a more fair and exciting competition."
It seems like Rich pissed off a lot of racers at the last Pinks Allout in Ennis. It will be interesting to see this turnout.

at least they will have different pay out classes, then at ennis
3 groups of 32 closest ET $500.00
1 group of 32 closest $8,000-(this is the actual closest group out of all vehicles qualified for the event)
1 group of 16 closest ET Bikes/4 wheelers-$500
1 group of quick 8-$500--(Bikes, Cars & dragsters all run together

i can tell u what it is....a bunch of B.S
i went to the armdrop deal in south louisiana. you make your two time trials and then they pick there 8 or 16 car fields. when they say hot lap thats what they mean. lets say there are 8 fields of 16 cars. they will only run one field at a time till it is over then go to the next et field. i was picked and won my first pass and only had time to put my helmet back on and go do another burnout. they dont play. i liked it alot better than pinks all out cause it give alot more car a chance to take some money home. also there is no t.v crew there.
