Hey guys I was just wondering if anyone had any testimonials of how GH conducts business.. I'm thinking of getting sum more parts & work done to my car. I want it done right & I want to be treated right.
I have been to several performance shops in several states and I want to find the best place to go. Because seriously if you show up at a shop to spend several thousand $$$ or $10 I believe as a customer you should be treated professionally. Needless to say this hasn't always been my experience. I'm wanting to find somewhere where you get that experience.

Are you still working on the mod motor classic? Haven't heard or seen anything about it in a long time.

I havent really done anything..it runs, I did drive it down the street. Needs more money and more work. Neither of which I have much of.

I had them do springs in my mint 29k mile '95 GT. The wheels had at that time only been off of the car once in it's whole life. They bashed in my dust caps, twisted my locking lug nut key into a barely functional pretzel and cranked the rest down so hard that I had no choice but to use an impact to break them loose. I never knew any shop sucked so bad as to botch a spring install. I heard the guys joking about taking bets on who could do his side faster. Now I wouldn't let them change the oil on my lawn mower. These guys are the opposite of professionals.
The springs look cool though. Yippee.

I'd rather not go into all of it on the internet...but it was in the DFW area.
But needless to say.. I've done all the mods myself. I just want to get it checked out & have a couple tunes put in it by a place that will actually act like they care about customers. Also get sum advise on future mods.

gearheads is great. I would not let hpp touch my lawnmower. It sometimes takes geting fucked with out vasoline to realize how much better your regular shop is than any other out there.

travis has had my mach for the past few months trouble shooting a screwy issue. he has been patient and kept me informed thoughout the whole ordeal. this car, which has been the topic of many conversations on this board and i believe will make 900 hp when he gets it on the dyno, doesn't go to just anyone now. travis has impressed me and will always have my loyalty
