well i have found a house im looking to buy, but i have a couple ???... its bout 1400 sq ft. and on 1 acre in crandall but does not have central ac and heat and its a stick built house, it has window units. what would it cost to put central ac and heat, and it does not have a shop or garage. so thinking of adding a 24x24 metal shop with concrete floor. i think i could do that shop and the floor for about 4k, they are asking 64000 for the house its in pretty good shape, and what would my payments be about... thanks

The house might not be able to support a central A/C unit. Your payments depend on the rate you qualify for and the term. What is the land valued at??? www.zillow.com

Won't the concrete alone run 4k for a 24x24 slab?

Payments will be roughly 1% of the loan amount, when you roll in taxes and insurance. So, you'd be looking at about $640/month. However, out there, taxes are probably way less, so it could be less than that.
