Okay yall, if any of you are disabled vets this can save you some cash. If you're 100% disabled or, like me, carrying individual unemployability, you can get your taxes written off. Period.

If you have homesteaded your house, you write off the house value, anything attached to it, adn up to 1 acre. This brings my taxes from 1700 a year to nothing.

My father is I think 40-50%, but he's about to start his second bout with Lymphoma and this would help him out a lot, do you know where I can go to get some info on this?

I'll help out vets any way I can. I know a lot of the tricks of the trade and even my VA reps have asked me to keep them updated on things because I have a LOT more time to research than they do

Kudos to you guys in reducing your load and best of wishes in reducing it to zero.

And thanks for having made the sacrifice you made.

Bloody Jarheads. I'll always be a grunt till the day I bite it for real. If anyone has any questions about the VA or how to get through their disability rating, how to get it raised or hell, benefits or anything, let me know. I'll share everything I know and anything I don't...I can find.
