I think it also funny that the media is talking about how our troops are leaving and coming home. My brother-in-law and nephew are over there training their replacements. They were coming home at the end of August they found out Monday they get to stay until November now. The Media is feeding us shit but i am sure they are also being feed shit.

The media will always see whatever happens in iraq as a failure because their puppet masters (the democrats) have to call it the same in order to be proven "right".

What the liberal media tell you, and wants you to believe is often different from the truth.

...still waiting for a strong dinar.

Fuck the media.

Iraq is a success as far as I'm concerned. The US military did their part, now the fuck sticks who want to live there need to do their part. Which won't happen

Agreed, but today's "pullout" is a far cry from Rumsfeld's prediction of, "eh... six weeks."

Yeah, I can't remember that exact speech but I did google it. I think the spirit of that statement was true in general. I think the word "war" threw that one off quite a bit. I concur we're still at war there, what he should've said is it would take 6 days, 6 weeks...probably not 6 months to whoop ass and setup shop. Typically, that's enough.
