I have been over here for 4yrs and havent played there yet...but I am headed there on the 9th. I plan on bringing the video camera for the 17th for some laughs...not at me of course as I plan on making at least par! :)

You can get a pass to play if you stay at the hotel associated with the course which is $$$...then you have to pay the green fees...$$$. I was given a certificate for a foursome out there by a colleague.

I am a single digit handicap at most courses, but this course is much harder than the courses I play. The rating is 76.9 and the slope is 155 at 7215yds from the tips. I hope to break 90! :)

I played there back in 1989. I don't really remember much other than it is special.

I thought it was open to the public? I heard it's like $500 a round.

That 17th green isn't as hard as it looks. Most of the time you are using either a wedge or a 9 iron.
I would love to play that course!

Are they members? Cause to play there you have to be a member.

One of them is a member and the other goes as his guest. I want to say the member paid close to 100k to join.

Yeah 100k is about right. Cause I went by and asked and I pretty much laughed at them. That is fucking crazy to pay that much.
