Terminex

Anyone ever used Terminex? I don't have termites....but I don't want to get them either. Easy insurance to just have them treat and keep it up yearly for $199 a year.

We do, it seems to be alright. dont have any termites but it is safer on the mind this way.

yep....knowing i don't have to worry about it is worth it to me. $800 to treat the house and $199 a year was kinda tough but now if/when we get any it is covered by Terminex. Peace of mind I guess but our neighbors had them in our old neighborhood and it is very expensive to get rid of them once you already have them. Cost them almost $4000 to treat and repair the damage.
