I know there where a lot of people asking about getting gutters on there houses in the past couple months. I found a really good company that came in around 30% cheaper than all the others with out sparing any quality. He does the homes for a lot of the big builders in the area and was refered by a friend. He was very down to earth and had a good crew.
Anyone that is interested can give him a call for a quote.

Is it hard to do gutters yourself? It seems like they just bolt on, but ive never looked that close at ours. For some reason cheap ass builder only put gutters on the front and back of our house, but nothing on the sides and its starting to erode the soil by the foundation where the water runs off.

I don't think it is super hard to do, but you do have to make sure to hang them straight so the water will drain and not pool in one end. My house is doing the same thing, I just added over 300 lbs of dirt to fix the eroded spot in the back corner, fucken cheap ass builders!

You can do them yourself in pieces, this was not a projet that I wanted to do. These are all single one piece solid runs, 80 to 100ft long, so there are no leaks.

They are not hard to install... You just have to know how to pitch them(not hang them straight). But you also do not want to piece them together, over time all those seams start to leak and it just looks like crap. Most self install jobs I have looked at are not done correctly.

Ours did that on the sides where there were no gutters installed by the builder. I used the $600 stimulus rebate Bush gave us to have them installed, then put down topsoil over the eroded areas and seeded them. So far it's worked (and looks) great.

If you need gutters I will give you a decent price... Just be careful... To many companies dont give a damn about their work... they just want to make he money.
