I was looking up things online and decided to pick up Proline Technologies BCAAPro. I was just wondering who takes BCAAs and if/what you feel different when you take them? I know working hard in the gym comes first and foremost, but do they work for you?

I read a lot about them online and they seem to be legit, but I'm skeptical about reading everything I read online. Thanks for any imput.

They are what they are. Branched Chain Amino Acids. They are the building blocks of muscle and your best frontline against catabolism. Any lifter or bodybuilder should be taking them. That being said, they are not going to add numbers to your max, or lbs to the scale. What they will do is help you maintain any gains you do have.

At least that's my imput.

I use them daily. Currently im using the new Chain'd Out by alri.

Typically, if you are taking your whey/casein/soy protein like you should, there is no reason to take more BCAA's. But, you will not hurt anything by taking more, except your pocketbook. Im sure others feel differently though ;)

That was the main factor, I'll take 6 pills per workout (3 before, 3 after) and there was 200 for sale for 14 bucks. I figured if it didn't work I wouldn't be too much worse off.

purple wrath and some bcaa pills a few times a day
gotta love those eaa and bcaas....
