who can fix laptops?

my daughter needs her dell laptop fixed her younger sister had dropped it from her lap so it wasn't a long fall(just out of her lap sitting down) but it won't turn back on! pm me if you can help thanks!

if so, just call them and tell them it stopped turning on, don't mention the fall :)

Check that everything is seated properly, hard drive, RAM, battery, etc. Any beep codes? What model is it?

My laptop took a violent and sudden fall a few months ago, and all i had to do was replace the hard drive. it still works like a champ.

Yep. If you drop a laptop what usually breaks is either the screen or the hard drive (unless you have a solid state drive).
