Car speaker peeps inside please.

Can I mount 2, 6.5" Polk mm651's in the same enclosure? The enclosure looks like the one in the link except they have speakers at both ends. Will they still sound worth a crap???

I have speakers like that on my wake boat they sound real good.I would think you could mount them in the same enclosure. I'd Put them on a x-over & run just mids and highs to them.

I thought the bass might distort them too much to hear out back. Good idea. I'll have to try them both ways.

I know thats what I had to do on mine and I only have one speaker per pod. there was just too much bass for the volume I want to play them at.they are good speakers for the price.
