Im getting tired of complimenting your work, as it seems redundant; so I am going to say it's "adequate" ;)

Thanks Blake. I debated on it for quite a while. Had a few different styles of it including a color watermark. But ultimately decided on this one, and I think it looks good.

Did not notice them, guess I was too focused. They do look really good though. Good job.

Meguiar's M205 on this car
Im asking because my mom just picked up a 2009 Black F150 that has minor swirling in it. It has no major scratches, RIDS, or etchings that would need compounding. Anyways, I finally got my hands on a few more products. I think I am going to do SSR1/white, then 106fa/white if there is any holograms etc. If there are none, I am going to use 106fa/black.
What do you think about using 106fa on black Ford paint, and how soft is it? I know the expedition would swirl almost as easily as your lightning did.
Thanks.

106FA is a great product, and I use it often. However, I couldn't get the results I wanted using it. It will leave a bit a defects behind. Personally, I like things crystal clear when I'm finished. If your eye isn't as demanding, then give it a try and see what it looks like. You may be happy with it. I have never been able to finish a vehicle with 106FA. I've always had to take another step after it to get the results I wanted.

What product(s) would you recommend on black after 106fa? I have rid myself of Meguiars products recently after using products from Optimum, Pinnacle, Poorboy's and Menzerna. The only pads I use now are the 5.5" Lake Country smart pads, and the yellow and black Meguiars SB 2.0's.
Thanks for the help!

Rid yourself of Meguiar's? Sorry, can't help you then. Meguiar's M105 and M205, along with a few others from them is what I use to finish a car with. Not sure why you're trying to rid yourself of their products.

Getting better everyday! I was regretting my decision to have the surgery for a while, I was in more pain than before the surgery. Now I'm starting to feel the benefits from it. Everyday gets better and better.

Well I still have a few Meguiars products I.E., 105, APC, HD, GCC and their clay. For almost all other supplies, I am using other brands. I no longer use Meguiars waxes/sealants. I like using Klasse AIO & their sealant, Collinite 476, PB natty, Pinnacle XMT180 for LSP's. To me, they yield results superior to what I was getting with using the Meguiars products.
Don't get me wrong, I do like meguiars products. When I first started, their products were the only detailing items on the shelf. They are easy to use, and priced competitively.
M205/black for finishing?
And the Shelby looks very nice.
