Where do you buy pool chemicals?

Just wondering because Leslie's is freaking expensive and always has been. I need chlorine tablets and shock.

I go to Leslies but I have a salt pool so all I really ever buy is muriatic acid and occasionally DE. There is a guy that has been very helpful in helping me out if I have had a problem so if I need something else I just buy it from him. They are a little more expensive but he is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful, so to me it is worth it to pay a little more. This is at the store on S. Cooper in Arlington.

If you shop around, you will find that in small quantities, Leslies is higher than most. The way to do it is to buy it in large buckets, the price per pound is less in some cases than other places. Also, look at the amount of active ingredients, you can buy 100lbs buckets of shock that takes twice as much to do get the same results.
