I started taking Orange Triad and fish oil. How much fish oil should I take a day. Im 6'4 250 lbs

i take 2 a day, with 4 orange triads a day, and i'm 6'4, 255

I took 2 a day and I was 160lbs.

Iv been taking 4 triads a day(2 in the morning and 2 before bed). I figured 2 fish oil pills a day was about right so Iv been taking one in the morning and one before bed.

Normal everyday use, 2-3grams should be good.

For those that run PH's i'd run 5-8grams a day with PCT.

Helps you swim faster. The op is getting into competitive swimming.

I have no clue, but I have heard it helps with cholesterol. Omega 3 fatty acids I think.
