Telecom Engineer
Job Requirements:




· The design, Configuration and implementation of Genesys solutions

· Ability to work with more than one telecom platform

· Leading the resolution on all support issues relating to our customers

· Troubleshooting and resolving highly complex Genesys call routing and Genesys server issues

· Working with product vendors and technical architects to resolve issues

· On-site troubleshooting

· Technically assist wider implementation teams on current projects



Suitable candidates must have a background in either of the following areas; Systems Administration and Technical Support. Candidates must be self-motivated, disciplined and detail oriented and must have demonstrated the ability to work independently as well as in a team on complex projects and manage customer relations. The candidates must also possess the following experience:



· SIP server installation and troubleshooting

· Desktop & Network Support

· Genesys Configuration Manager experience

· Genesys Voice Portal

· Genesys Call Routing Experience

· CCPulse

· Genesys Solutions Control Interface

· Tserver installation and maintenance
