There is a strip of dirt about 6 or 8 inches wide in the back yard along the fence, on top of the rock wall seperating our yard from the neighbors yard. What is a good low maintenance plant that I can plant, and not worry about it dieing this winter. it will get very little water (sprinklers do not reach that high of an area) and full sun, as in ALL day long. Once we get some poeple in that house, it may get a little water that runs off their grass, and I can water occasionally with the hose/sprayer.

I heard about mexican petunia's, any other suggestions?

house across the street has soem cacti in the front flower bed, not sure I want them that close to there I have to mow/edge the yard. Plus, kids liek to walk on that wall when they are in the yard, so not a good idea.

Hmm, I could grow some Mota, and it would help pay some bills!
