Im new to the supplement game and am curious on hydroxycut? A buddy has been taking it and gotten some good weight loss. Thats what im looking for but dont want liver damage or whatever it was banned for.
Just curious what your thoughts are or what else might work?

If the FDA banned it, I'd probably stay far away from it.
What happened to the old fashion way of diet and exercise?

Returned my Hydroxycut as soon as Costco send me a voluntary recall notice, all those people dropping dead and liver/kidney damage is because of lack of H2O. There's another thread that was put up right when the FDA banned it, try a search.
The only thing I use now is FRS twice daily, drink in the morning, two chews 30 minutes before I run or workout. It's not made to help burn fat, but I definitely noticed an increase in my workout performance and recovery because of the stuff.
Because I can workout longer, more calories burnt = lose weight faster.

Hydroxycut was one of the most basic diet products on the market. There are many that are stronger than that crap was.

I have some samples of Redline, Meltdown, and Tight Extreme ... any of these worth a shit? How do you get the most benefit out of them?

Any fatburer on the market. Most benefit comes from diet and workouts. Redlines are good for energy, the meltdown is ok.
Right now the Lipodrene with ephedra is popular.

I just need something to add to my workout and diet right now, I need 3-5 pounds this week if possible.
