Is it because of emissions? It's a two stroke right? What would it take to make it street legal? I want one...

This thing produces a measley 14.7 horsepower anyway, nevermind. I guess I'll be looking even harder at Ninja 250's now, lol.

The tits setup is that bike with the yamaha 426 (I believe its that one) 4stroke power plant. Trying to find article of guy that did it...

It's really a tossup between a 250 cc sportbike like the ninja or a drz400sm. I fell in lvoe with motards the first time I saw one in action, so THat may actually be the route I go. Time will tell though.

The article said the aprilla/yamaha hybrid was faster than most 600 0-80MPH or so, and handled, well you can imagine.

It was deff. a shoehorn job, but what a potent package for sub 100MPH riding!

DRZ, DRZ, DRZ :D

Honestly I would like a sportbike or cool cruiser for highway runs and a motard for everything else. Damn motards are just too much fun! I like the aprilia bikes (sport and motard) but they are race bikes and require alot of keep up. I hate to put a blanket statement like that on a single company but from everything I read that is what they are aimed at. Kickass looking and running bikes though!

Maybe a busa for cruising and a DRZ for the hooligan in me :147:

HAH! If you get a busa, you're gonna need something more than a DRZ for Hooligan time. If I end up actually getting a bike this time, it probably will be a motard.

yeah your right, slammed and stretched busa for the highway and KTM for everything else. Motard will come first though, just too much fun!

If someone would buy my Z I could get both pretty quick! :disappointed:

If it weren't tubbed and if I had money I would be all over that thing, I miss my old Z car. There's a nice KTM 625 SMC I posted from Thumpertalk in the other thread, you should seriously consider it.

I bought a DRZ 400 SM brand new a few years ago and had a BLAST on it. Screw a Ninja 250.
