rest and recovery is a must besides chocolate milk an a hot bath works wonders for me!

drink lots of alcohol :)

when i played in college the first week or two was always the worst for soreness. after that I got used to it.

i love being sore. i dont feel like i worked out hard enough if im not. btw i turn the lights low and take a hot bubble bath with some lit aroma therapy candles and masturbate while listening to george michaels and thinking of david hassleoff when im sore. right as rain after that. you should try it.

After a good chest, back, or arm workout...usually the day after I'm pretty sore. Throwing the football for about 30 minutes seems to help a lot.

Stretch is the best way to stop it. Pickle juice also helps to.

If you are experiencing extreme DOMS then your candy asses haven't been working out enough :)
