What supplements/vitaimins do you recommend on a daily basis? Fish Oil, Flax Seed oil etc?

Try and go with a Whole Foods Vitamin. The others are probably safe to go with the basics.
If you need anything for your joints you might want to look into Arthrazine GS by Peak Performance. Unless you are allergic to shellfish or chicken. I believe it has Chrondroitin Sulfate in it which some people act differently to.

I would use Orange Triad. I've been using it 4 years now,never been sick once and im around sick people all the time in my work.
It's a Multi via, Joint, Digest, and immune formula all in one. I take 3 a day so it last me over 3 months for one bottle that has 270 pills. Cost is $28.99.
Fish or Flax Oil is cheap.
Add some Protein and you have the basics covered.

I've been taking the Orange Triad (4 a day) for the last 6-8 months on Greg's recommendation, along with Fish Oil (2 a day)
and I agree, I haven't even had close to a sniffle really. It's been a great multi.
