I went to the hospital last week to get my finger x-ray'd and found out that it is broken. So now it's all taped up in a splint. My grip is extremely compromised because of this.
What weight lifting exercises can I do? I'm afraid I am going to lose what little strength I have built up so far.

Be patient and let it heal, the strength will come back.

Like The Raven said, you're going to want to let it completely heal before you do any exercises involving your grip. You could still go workout your lower body though. Sit ups, crunches, back extensions, planks, weight sled, most lower body machines would all be doable.

if it doesn't hurt, you can probably do pushups and dips.

Get you some stretch bands and lift with them. You'll know your limits. I just had a broken hand and lifted with bands everyday.
Although i ended up saying fuck it, and was benching 365 with the cast on. haha

Thanks guys. I guess I'll try to exercise some restraint and stay away from the weights.
I'll look into those stretch bands, too.
