Still not where I want to be but I'm getting there... injured my foot while jogging so I had to take 5 days off and it felt good to actually be upset that I couldn't jog! lol My weight hasn't changed any more - probably due to my still not great diet - but I don't drink alcohol as often as I used to and I am now counting my calories... keeping them at or under 1400 per day as of here recently. I'll get there! ;)

Good luck to all of the "official" participants. This has been a great motivator for me!

x2 Same for me. Been walking/jogging, but my knees keep giving me problems. I've actually stuck to working out, instead of the usual 2 week workout stretch then just give up lol Watching what I eat more closely, but not exactly counting calories. I think I'm too undisciplined to put myself on a strict diet :frown: I dropped 7 lbs right away, but then it plateaued quickly. Oh well, I feel better!

im still at about 218 but i have been lifting alot more so im not complaining

I am still limping along, shoulder is still a little whacked out from the rotator cuff injury, but we'll see how I stack up on Friday I guess (thats the end right, when are the pictures due?)
