Interesting idea. Slick setup. Not sure how good it would actually work though. As the barrel heats up it will expand in diameter, causing more pressure on the tuner block. This could warp the barrel upward causing a change in POI.

I suppose if the tuner block was somehow spring loaded... it would dampen harmonics wihout creating too much pressure on the barrel.

It would be great if it did work. It would allow you to get the accuaracy of a heavy contour barrel out of a lightweight barrel.

That is pointless, just like the one on the Mini-14. If you're shooting very far, and for accuracy, you should be handloading, or at least buying quality match ammo. B&C stocks shouldn't be more than $250, anyway.
