Well I am one step closer to legally possessing my 3 Gemtech suppressors.

Sent application and checks Apr 23, 2009
Checks cashed at ATF May 5, 2009

I purchased:
Gemtech G5 for my ARs in 5.56
Gemtech Tundra for XD9's
Gemtech Outback II for the P22

Need to get some barrels for the 5" XD9s on order now.

I have pics but they are not worth a crap

Will update when the tax stamps arrive at the transforer

Yippie, won't be home till August anyways.

Threaded XD barrels will take that long also.

I asked about the address being incorrect on the application and they said it is only an issue for the dealer. Not a big deal by any means.

I have been waiting on an Outback II since the end of December. My check didn't cash till Feb. I called the NFA office yesterday and they said my app went pending April 9 and as of March 1 they were just awaiting a report from my fingerprints or some shit. Anyway, I am ready to go play with it!

I went the trust route. No fingerprints, no pictures, no LEO signature. Just walked in payed for it, made a copy of the trust, signed the application and attached a check to it.
