I'm looking for a few intelligent guys who can work in a fast paced environment.

Requirements:
-Common Sense
-Punctuality (Early is on time)
-capable of working at height (from 30' to 300')
-ability to climb if necessary
-able to work in a changing environment and adapt quickly
-ability to work quickly and safely (be honest with yourself. If you're not a self starter, this won't be for you)
-ability to learn and remember how to tie knots, follow and remember basic instructions
Things that would be great:
-previous experience working with ropes(rock climbing, rappelling, etc.)
-working knowledge of ac electrical (to the component level only)
- experience driving boom and scissor lifts (normally under 50', but occasionally higher)
-previous experience in Theatre (running a fly-rail system)
-Working knowledge of theatrical rigging systems, chain motors, hardware and its proper installation.
-an understanding of the work load limits of various materials including but not limited to; truss, bolts, chain, wire rope, hooks, slings.
Basic job duties:
-hanging structural and audio components from various different roof structures, working in lifts, hanging banners of various sizes, evaluating how to hang something SAFELY, etc.
For what it's worth, I love this job. It's generally a very casual atmosphere with a lot of nice people. Normal attire is black jeans or cargo pants and a black polo shirt. If you're the kind of person who doesn't like to be micro-managed, and does things the right way every time, you'll probably enjoy it.
Pay ~18-20+ an hour depending on experience. You'll never be called for less than 4 hours of pay (including if you finish the job in less time (which happens often).
If you have any questions, shoot me a pm on here or an email @ onebadwagon@gmail.com
