the real question rich boy is why not?

well thats uncalled for

but I once had more than 1 AR (4 in various configurations at one time), then I asked myself "hey, what the fuck?" and traded them away for various other interesting firearms

Why so many of 1 gun?

I was actually wondering if they were different calibers... I think it would be fun to have different AR's in different calibers... I could also see different barrels weights for different applications...

the bolt looks like a 700, but that's an aftermarket stock

Still a good looking gun nevertheless

Sorry for the late reply. Just got checked into a hotel in Atlanta on my way to Dubai, 7 hours from DFW to ATL I am glad to not be making the 15.5hrs to Dubai tonight.

So many of the same.....................when in a gunfight invite all your friends and their guns.....if they have none I have plenty to pass out. The more barrels pointed towards the threat the better. They are for the most part the same for a few reasons, cost, easy to teach friends with no guns the basics and one is just like the next and cost. I have 5 more lowers on the Anvil Arms group buy coming and 2 are going to be the same as these 4 in the pic and 2 will be built for long range and another will be a SBR. The S&W is getting a SBR stamp and a 10.5". The 2 SBR will be host guns for Gemtechs.

The Nylon is a black diamond 66. I just had it gone thru and tested her out at Alpine the other day. I have owned it since '88 and it has seen thousands of rounds in it's day. A great gun.

That is a Remington 700 .308 XCR Long Range Tactical with a Bell & Carlson stock factory and Leupold Mark IV glass

So what you are saying is that you are anticipating a gunfight, in which you will provide your friends with ar15s to assist in said gunfight.

Pardon my earlier ignorance.

I own several fire extinguishers in the house and are more readily available than any one of my ARs, I am anticipating to never have to put out a fire but I am prepared in case I ever smell smoke.

won't bite any more of your bait, thanks for stopping by my thread.

I've got a Mohawk Brown 66 and need to run some rounds through it to see if I have it fixed correctly. I love these guns and wish I had one of every color.

I just had mine at a gunsmith about a month ago for them to clean it and check it out. They did a crappy job of cleaning it but it is still runs. I have an Ex in Shreveport who's dad has a Brown 66 sitting in the corner of his garage just collecting dust. I am working up the nerve to call him and make him an offer for it.

The gunsmith that had mine thought we had no clue how much they are worth and tried to "loose" it on me. :sadwavey: not that stupid
