Good deal or not? It is on 1saleaday.com today for $59.99 and doesn't state that it is a refurb. Anyone have this unit?

it's a great remote. my friend picked up a refurb 720 for 45$ from tiger direct through ebay (which was weird).

but thing was no different than brand new. i almost picked it up for that price too. i have the 550 but wanted the rechargable and color display but the 720 was missing 2 buttons i use a lot so i decided to hold off.
