They have been screwing with this guy since 83'. He was sentenced to death in Israel in 92' before they discovered that he was not the guy they thought he was. The Israelis freed him in 93'. He was sent home to the USA and he was given back his citizenship. Now some busy body in Germany has decided to start screwing with him just to win some political points.

In my opinion the time has passed for judgment, he's probably not going to survive the year. He will probably be one of if not the very last charged with this crime though. He was already tried by the Nuremberg trials and cleared - they had their chance.

There is all sorts of shit wrong with this case. He was already tried and convicted of being "Ivan the Terrible". The Israelis even sentenced him to death only to come back later and find out that he wasn't the Ivan they were looking for.

Prosecutors have already been admonished for withholding evidence that helped prove his innocence.
