Wow.... So WTF do members of Congress need an expense account for? Not to mention, one that is probably equal 1/2 of their salary.

You'd think the lobbyists would be footing that $$. Double dip much!?

If folks aren't rich when they are elected to congress, they are when they come out. Life-long retirement benefits and healthcare don't hurt, either.
