I have nothing else better to do during the day and I wholeheartedly support the cause! I was not planning on driving to SanAn, but since we're having one here I'll probably attend!
Mike, let's grab a couple (read several) beers before attending! Nothing like getting all liquored up before attending a political rally!

what does ron paul have to do with americans being sick and tired of the tax system and of our goverment spending and printing money to no end only to have future generations of americans pay for it?it causes the value of the dollar to drop witch will mean inflation to no end.
what the hell does ron paul have to do with anything?

yeah... i've heard his people say that he is... I know he as opposed spending and taxation for a long long time! I love him for that, for that he is a good libertarian... but still... He's Ron Paul... (kinda a wierdo..) just my opinion...
no but I actuall do like him... just dont agree with everything he does and the Iraq war is one of the biggest...
but i think this really started much earlier and from a more grass roots standpoint... not from an individual politician or media figure... people are really just sick and tired...

There will be people at the event trying to make it look like just a bunch of disgruntled Republicans. Because of this, people are asking that no one brings anti-Obama or partisan signs and shirts.
BTW, if anyone knows where I can get a Gadsden Flag today, I'd really appreciate it!!

I saw so many great signs - I wish I'd have taken more pics. My favorite was something along the lines of Obama's plan being "trickle up poverty." I got a pretty cool "Don't Tread on Me" bumper sticker. It was a glimmer of hope seeing so many people as disillusioned as I am. The days of being the silent majority are over.

Just got home from the Dallas event. We got there ~8:00 and there was anywhere from 5,000-8,000 people there, down from the peak I'm sure.
Apparently little po-dunk Paris, TX even drew 1,800+ people.
On a side note, as we were leaving and walking back down to my truck, a black guy I'm assuming was either crazy, homeless, drugged out or all of the above asks my dad what is going on up there and points back to City Hall. My fucking old man says "Just the local nazi party meeting up, we're going to round up and kill a shitload of people" and the crazy guy goes "Awwwwright! Les Dew dis!" and started walking with us.
This event is already bringing people of different races and social/economic together!:D

haven't finished the videos, but all those urban training things helped prepare the military for the things it would endure in bosnia/iraq/afghanistan. Problem between this "tea" party and the "original tea" party is the people acted after the fact.
Until all current politicians are removed by office either by immediate new elections, force, or other means, or some form of serious states rights shit occurs; it's all just loud banter in the streets. And so far this seems to be the minority of how things should be done.

There probably 600-800 people at the Sugar Land location I went to. I got there just as my rep Pete Olson was finishing his speech.
I was there....You missed Dr. Frank's speech about the fact that there is no global warming....It was a great speech
