I'm looking to hire another web developer. Need to know php, mysql, flash, xml, html and be VERY good at working on your own. This would start out as short term, but could go long term. I'm about 25 sites behind right now and we need to catch up.

Knowing Joomla and/or oscommerce is a plus.

Hadn't yet, maybe he'd be interested. I have a couple people interested right now, but I want to see who else is out there that might be able to bring a little bit more to the table.
