I hear they are gonna have double points till next wed, of course I took advantage of it till around 9 this morning... Maybe I can prestige up and get halfway to the next one... Also played the new maps all night, I'm really beginning to like them...

I guess I'll give it another shot, since I got fucked out of my level 55 account, turned it on one day and I was a level 1.

took advantage of the double points today. We haven't played alot of the new maps yet cause I don't want to get burned out of them fast like I did on COD4.
Oh and we made it up to a level 20 on Zombies, and once we play again I think we might make it alittle further.

Did ya'll hold down the bottom or open up the top to access the random box?

open the top, casue you need to get all 4 perks. Best bet is open it from the left side to the power room. Turn on the power and then go back all the way around, do not open the other door to the power room. Go to the balcony on the side where the mp 40 is on the wall. Hold it down there

and the random box goes away now, it moves to different spots.

Yeap, you pretty much have to go up top, because you need the perks, not to mention the ray gun outta the box. Makes life a lot easier, lol. Not that I'm usually lucky enough to get the ray gun cause I never do, lol.

Honestly, the only thing better about COD4 is the guns. W@W game plays better, better/more perks etc... I suppose it is up for debate, I have my opinion same as everyone else.
edit: I also like the online stats with W@W.

I have a couple of setups I use.
Mp40 with round drum
Bomb Squad
Stopping Power
Steady Aim
Mp40 with round drum
Betties
Stopping Power
Steady Aim
If I am struggling
Mp40
High Explosive
Overkill Gewher with Rifle Grenade.
Steady Aim
I mix in a class with satchel charges if the tanks are kicking my ass. I also try to finish most of the guns to try to hurry and prestige.

one setup i started using last night and I really liked was
mp 40- dual mags
2 frags or betties (depending on map)
double tap (new to me using it)
Steady Aim or martydom (depending on map)
I like using the double tap now from playing zombies. First game with using it I went 49 killl and 20 deaths on Dome, i was the leader in kills and points in the games on Domination. I'm not that good so for me doing that I was happy. My kill/death ratio is only 1.02 , wins is 2.13, I like winning more than I do about killing. lol

i didn't tke full advantage of it. for 2 weeks, i have only gone from 1 to 45 on the same prestige.
but i have been playing zombies, got up to a level 21.

i have cod 5 but i like socom better...
I don't have CoD 5, but when I had part 4, I went to prestige only once. Didn't care for starting over to do it again. I maxed out on 1st prestige and just kept playing racking up my kills. Hell, some don't even prestige.

I made it up one full prestige. I was a 23 on the sixth prestige. Now I am a 35 on the seventh. I read the intel on cod.com wrong, I thought the x2 xp went through last night but it ended at 10am yesterday.:yell:
