View Full Version : Is it me or does there seem to be more coverage of shootings
in the news lately? Is this the media's response to the grumblings of gun owners post election? Does this have anything to do with recent political mumblings confirming guns being legislated against?

Its just the current tragedy they can report on right now... An innocent civilan that is slain makes for good headlines and will find its way on to CNN... Unfortunately we have had several incidents this week.:sorry:(prayers for the families involved)

It's just a cover up. The shooters are paid employees of the airline companies where planes keep going down.
They figure if they can put this in the news then it'll move the attention away from that.
Only kidding...

Maybe the shitty economy is making more people snap and go on a rampage?
Similar to the Great Depression, only instead of killing themselves(by jumping out a window at times), they are taking others out with them, blame it on the downward spiral of todays society or whatever you want.

I've been wondering if there was going to be more crime going on with the economy the way it is.

You don't have to wonder...a sour economy ALWAYS brings more crime. That's why cops don't get laid off very often. There is always a dirtbag to take down and always revenue to generate. It just so happens that more dirtbags come out when the economy is in the shitter.
