That was kind of what I was thinking. I was a real StarTrek geek in the 90's but the franchise when to shit so bad that I wanted nothing to do with it.

The movie will probably suck me back in..

I TiVo'ed a show with William Shatner called InFocus and he interviews Leonard Nimoy, those guy's were some partying mofos back in the day! It was on HDNet, it's a bad ass show.
