They'd dominate for sure, even with Brady spending a year on his duff.

T.O. is walking proof that a cure for cancer has not been found yet.

The teams that don't want Terrell Owens (http://sports.yahoo.com/nfl/blog/shutdown_corner/post/The-teams-that-don-t-want-Terrell-Owens?urn=nfl,146116)

http://a323.yahoofs.com/ymg/ept_sports_nfl_experts__12/ept_sports_nfl_experts-228107529-1236285274.jpg?ymbtc5AD5IdWJKOATerrell Owens (http://sports.yahoo.com/nfl/players/3664/) is still technically the property of the Dallas Cowboys (http://sports.yahoo.com/nfl/teams/dal/), so it would be against league rules for other teams to go on record as saying they are or aren't interesting in acquiring his services (though that hasn't stopped the Redskins (http://www.redskins.com/gen/articles/Cerrato___No_Interest__In_T_O__32731.jsp)).
ProFootballTalk.com (http://www.profootballtalk.com/), though, is keeping a list of teams (http://www.profootballtalk.com/2009/03/05/the-anti-to-list/) that have made it known to them through "league sources" that they have no interest in Owens. As of right now, that list includes:
The Dallas Cowboys.
The New York Giants (http://sports.yahoo.com/nfl/teams/nyg/).
The Washington Redskins (http://sports.yahoo.com/nfl/teams/was/).
The Baltimore Ravens (http://sports.yahoo.com/nfl/teams/bal/).
The San Francisco 49ers (http://sports.yahoo.com/nfl/teams/sfo/).
The Minnesota Vikings (http://sports.yahoo.com/nfl/teams/min/).
The Atlanta Falcons (http://sports.yahoo.com/nfl/teams/atl/).
The Cleveland Browns (http://sports.yahoo.com/nfl/teams/cle/).
The San Diego Chargers (http://sports.yahoo.com/nfl/teams/sdg/).
The Philadelphia Eagles (http://sports.yahoo.com/nfl/teams/phi/).
The New York Jets (http://sports.yahoo.com/nfl/teams/nyj/).
The Tennessee Titans (http://sports.yahoo.com/nfl/teams/ten/).
The St. Louis Rams (http://sports.yahoo.com/nfl/teams/stl/).
The New Orleans Saints (http://sports.yahoo.com/nfl/teams/nor/).
The Houston Texans (http://sports.yahoo.com/nfl/teams/hou/).
The Jacksonville Jaguars (http://sports.yahoo.com/nfl/teams/jac/).
The Miami Dolphins (http://sports.yahoo.com/nfl/teams/mia/).

No real surprises there, except maybe a couple of mild ones. The Redskins are always worth mentioning whenever an expensive free agent is available, and the Vikings wanted T.J. Houshmandzadeh (http://sports.yahoo.com/nfl/players/5652/) badly, but whiffed. I guess they're only in the market for sane receivers.
