I said the dow would bounce 700 to 1000 points from 6600-6650. I was wrong, we went to 6450. I said to buy DIA at 66 and sell dec calls when it bounces. Had you done that you are now sitting on a dia position with a cost basis of 58 - 62 that is currently worth 69.
What does that mean ? It means the dow has to go to 5800 - 6200 before you lose money if you choose to hold this long position.

Even if you only bought dia at 66 when I said and did not sell the calls, the worst the position was ever down was a huge 1.8 % and now it alone is in the money 4.5 %.



This can still fall back to 6200 but we will rally to 7800 this year.
