considering making one of these my c&c weapon... i did a search and didnt find a whole lot.. what is your opinions since they have been available for a few months? are they pretty accurate?, do they jam up? is 6 rounds enough? would you buy one for C&C or would you stay with my glock 27 (kinda bulky).. I was thinking about turning my 27 into just a home protection weapon.... input please..

oh i also dont care what the cheapest price is

I have had an LCP for a few weeks now. I really like it. It is easy to conceal. Mine has been jam free, and it is accurate for its purpose. I keep mine loaded with defense rounds.

I use my Glock 27 for home defense now.

Stay with the 27, but I would get the LCP and a pocket holster as well. That way if clothing prohibited the 27 you would be covered.

If you want a Glock for home defense why not just get the model 22? It has more capacity and a bigger grip.

The G27 is alot bigger than the LCP. That's why he is inquiring about carrying the LCP.

Id rather carry more than 6 rounds, and if it had to be 6, it would be a revolver. Too many chances for a jam and with only 6 rounds....
And it I only had 6 rounds, id want something bigger than a .380, and like OC said, id only have it as a back up...

Pmag is coming out with 6, 10, and 15 round mags for the LCP.

I really like mine and if 6 rounds of 380 don't knock em down, you better run like hell.

Really........go back to my original post. Carry the 27 unless clothing prohibits, then carry the LCP.

If you can't carry a gun as small as a 27, then why even carry?

Also, people should not ask for an opinion unless they really want one. Unless of course you are the type of person who can't figure out what to wear without seeking the advice of DFWStangs.

Everbody is different and looks for different options.

Like I said, I have both of those handguns and the LCP is much easier to conceal. That's all I'm saying.

Really, that sounds interesting. I wonder what that would look like...

Edit: Wait, who is Pmag?

I have had mine for a while..shoots every time.. I can't complain at all. Works great on jogs or times when my .45 is a little too big.

Nice writeup there, and good to know it pretty much eats any ammo without issue, that would be my only concern with a little pocket pistol.

Im still partial to a revolver for a small pocket gun though:o
