Now is time to balance the budget by raising taxes! (I am sure on the rich) :arms:
President Obama is putting the finishing touches on an ambitious first budget that seeks to cut the federal deficit in half over the next four years, primarily by raising taxes on business and the wealthy

I've been saying the way to handle immigration, and all those bastards sucking on the FEMA tit and welfare is to say "You want to be here? You want government money? Cool, sign here and we'll teach you a trade and pay you. Welcome to the Army."

Don't worry - he has no intentions of balancing the budget.
Obama's proposal for the 2010 fiscal year that begins Oct. 1 projects that the estimated $1.3 trillion deficit will be halved to $533 billion by 2013.
Some private economists are forecasting that the budget deficit for the current year will hit $1.6 trillion.
Obama's budget director, Peter Orszag, told lawmakers recently that even after the economy recovers, annual deficits could reach $750 billion or so and steadily exceed $1 trillion by the end of the next decade. And, Obama himself has said, without decisive action, "trillion-dollar deficits will be a reality for years to come."

Classic Obama. A play on words to give the masses "hope" and "change"
Reminds me of
