I heard there are better tax credits for college students with the new stimulus.

These won't apply until we pay 2009 taxes correct( spring of 2010)? Or do these apply when I file my 2008 taxes?

With these tax credits, you are still not able to get back more than you put in correct?

I think on this part it depends on how your school does it; they can either report how much you paid, or how much you were billed for (which is generally higher)
