Got tix to the game - should be a fun night. I miss Devin's speed and what he helped the Mavs do, but tonight is payback time for torturing us up in NJ a couple weeks ago. Time for the Mavs to get on a roll and make a move in the standings. Mavs are in 7th place, but only a game back of the Blazers for 4th in the conference and 4 behind the Slurs for 1st in the Division.

We went to the game also, first half was good but 2nd half was all Mavs. Hell a majority of the Mavs team scored double digits, Kidd was shooting quite well for a change.
The Nets just looked fatigued in the 2nd half and could never make a strong comeback

Yeah, first half was just back and forth with neither team up by more than 6 points. The the Mavs turned it on in the 3rd. It was nice seeing Kidd pickpocket Devin on one play and turn it into points at the other end. That arena was probably 1/4 empty. I'm surprised by that. But it was still a sellout :rolleyes:

Tomorrow night, we go to Houston, who is a 1/2 game in front of us in the standings. It stands to be a pretty good battle. Although, I'm leaning towards the Mavs since the Mavs killer McGrady is done for the year.

I love that myself, it never makes sense to me. They were also trying to sell tickets/packages last night like crazy. They still have ALOT of available tickets for all remaining home games, they are desperate for people to buy them.
