Just to clarify... I found some springs and the guy says they are stock off an 01 Bullitt. He also says they will lower a 94-04 about an inch or inch and a half. Does this make sense??

Yeah, it makes alot of sense. Bullitts came a little lower stock, than their "regular" production brethren.

It's about 3/4 inch lower than a stock GT. Remove the isolators and you might get an inch.

Unless u got them free or for $50 bucks.......not really worth it, IMO.
